Client Sues Kalispell Attorney to Block Payment of Fee

Worker's Compensation Claimant Kevin Bailey of Kalispell has petitioned the Workers Compensation Court to stop the Duff Law Firm from collecting $6.045 in fees and costs arising from his December 2005 foot injury.  The law firm and the disgruntled former client were able to bury the hatchet.  The law firm will receive $5,545 and the client will receive a refund of $500.
