For years, many attorneys, financial professionals and
insurance agents have encouraged individuals to establish living trusts as part
of a recommended estate plan. It is this
author’s opinion that for most adults, executing an appropriate will – in conjunction with other estate
and asset protection devices – is a better choice than establishing a living trust.
