Some of our clients who sponsored foreign nationals for H-1B visas are getting “site visits” from the government and an increasing numbers are receiving “Notices of Intent to Revoke” (“NOTICE") their H-1B approvals. These site visits were initiated by the government to help relieve their concern about fraudulent applications.
