Former Miss California participant claims rape suspect Sean Banks threatened her

A woman tells 10News she believes she could have been the next victim of a suspect in an ongoing rape investigation. Victoria Kinney never went out on a date with 37-year-old Sean Banks, but she claims Banks threatened her and warned her not to talk to police. Banks is accused of raping a La Mesa woman he met through the Christian dating website ChristianMingle.com. Kinney said she met Banks through the same website.
