Registration Status Change Effective December 20, 2012
Significant changes to Pennsylvania sexual offender registration law go into effect December 20, 2012. Letters from the Pennsylvania State Police Megan’s Law Unit are being sent to people believed to be effected by the change. Recipients should contact their lawyer to determine whether their registration requirements are correct or can be modified.
