The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Janet Napolitano and USCIS Director Alejandro Mayorkas recently announced a series of policy initiatives designed to "fuel the nation's economy and stimulate investment" by attracting foreign entrepreneurs and highly skilled workers to America.
