Garganigo, Goldsmith & Weiss is a New York based boutique immigration law firm. Although we are an immigration law firm, we strive to offer our clients solutions to meet all their legal needs.  By establishing our practice more than 35 years ago, we are in contact with many attorneys expert in other areas of law. Thus, we can confidently refer our clients to them because we know they are the best in their fields and they can be trusted. A few years ago, we joined the Executives Association of New York, whose lawyers division contains ten seasoned practitioners in such specialties as trade, bankruptcy, negligence, labor and employment, patent and copyright, collections, and real estate, to name just a few.

For more than 35 years we have been active members of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Through this organization, we are in frequent contact with attorneys throughout the United States. This enables us to provide local counsel to our clients who need personal representation at immigration hearings anywhere in the United States. We are also able to provide foreign based immigration attorneys who practice on a daily basis at the major U.S. consulates throughout the world.

Most recently, we joined the Inter-Pacific Bar Association enabling us to expand our contacts with attorneys in almost every Asian country. With so many of our clients having parent companies or subsidiaries based in the Pacific rim, we are now able to offer our clients referrals to attorneys who specialize in all areas of international and  foreign law in that region of the world.

In summary, please do not think of us as just immigration attorneys in New York City. Our goal is to fully service our clients by providing them with skilled attorneys who can represent them in any type of legal matter anywhere in the world. This is a service we provide which is as important to us as providing immigration visa solutions to our clients in the greater New York City area.
