Kennedy Clark & Williams, PC Welcomes New Attorneys
Dallas-based IP law and business litigation firm gains additional expertise to manage growing practice
(DALLAS) Feb. 16, 2011 – Kennedy Clark & Williams has expanded its growing practice with the addition of attorneys Walter G. (“Bob”) Pettey, III and Kenneth P. Kula.
Bob Pettey, Of Counsel to the Firm, has over 30 years of experience in commercial and business litigation before trial and appellate courts and administrative agencies. Over the past 6 years Bob has arbitrated cases as a member of the Commercial Arbitration Panel of the American Arbitration Association’s National Roster of Neutrals. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama and received his bachelor’s degree from Washington & Lee University.
Ken Kula has joined the Firm as a Member. Mr. Kula focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and technology law. He has represented major Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, private individuals, inventors, entertainment personalities, recording artists and authors. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Washburn University and received his bachelor’s degree from St. John Fisher College.
