How do we care? A good closing can be an enjoyable
experience. We try to avoid the drama that seems to be the result when
expectations are misunderstood or not met. Read ON ...!

How do we care?  A good closing can be an enjoyable
experience.  We try to avoid the drama that seems to be the result when
expectations are misunderstood or not met. We can:

  • send
    buyers and owners reminders of property insurance renewal dates (avoid expensive
    forced coverages obtained by lenders);
  • remind owners of
    property tax due dates (avoid penalties);
  • help with filing
    for homestead exemptions;
  • consult with parties on 1031
    exchange issues;
  • counsel on ownership and titling of real
    estate for financial, business and estate planning;
  • help
    lenders obtain missing or corrected documentation for their loan, even if we
    didn't do the closing!
  • help realtors to obtain surveys and
    property inspections, appraisals, insurance and association approvals;
