You're encouraged to contribute your feedback to the review resources here on Lawyers.com. Your fellow consumers will find your feedback on your experience with a lawyer invaluable as they undertake their own search for the right lawyer. Completing a review can be an important part of your experience with a lawyer as well. When you complete a review, your lawyer can benefit from that feedback, to continue to provide the quality of service you expect and demand, or work to improve upon those services in the future.

Completing a Client Review

Here's how to complete a Client Review:

• Use the Find a Lawyer feature to go to your lawyer's profile page
• Click on the "Review Now" button found in the blue "Client Review" box at the upper right corner of the page
• A survey window will open, and you can complete the review, which takes about five minutes

Your review will be added to the review resources on Lawyers.com a short time later. The review process is completely confidential, including your identifying and demographic information, which is used to ensure the validity and authenticity of the review that you submit. Additionally, your information is never associated with an individual review or given to the reviewed lawyer.

What Kind of Feedback Can I Give in a Review?

On the review form, you're asked:

• To select what type of client you were, for example an individual or a business owner
• To rate your experience with the lawyer, from poor to excellent, in the areas of communication ability, responsiveness, quality of service and value for money
• To indicate in which areas of practice you used the lawyer or law firm's services
• Whether you'd recommend the lawyer's services to others

There's also a free-form area where you can give additional feedback about the lawyer in your own words.
