    • I-765 (EAD): Interim EADs may be issued at this location if a filed I-765 has not been adjudicated within 90 days, or 30 days in the case of asylum
    • I-131 (Advanced Parole): Send to:

    • The Atlanta District Office only adjudicates emergency travel authorization. No need for an INFOPASS appointment, just walk in with evidence. Emergency is defined as the death of a family member of "illness without prospect of recovery."

    • Except for the following, all applications filed with this sub office must be MAILED: I-90 I-131 (emergencies only) EOIR Forms 26, 29, 40, 42A, 42B
    • I-693 must be filed with I-485
    • Must apply for Advanced Parole (I-131) at least 30 days before intended travel
    • Emergency travel authorization can be issued the same day if provided with a letter from the doctor detailing the death of a family member (spouse, parent, child, grandparent, brother or sister) or terminal illness of a family member

    • Change of address for naturalization (N 400) may be completed over the phone (1-800-375-5283), everyone else must use the form and send it to the office where their application is pending.
    • Fingerprints notices are sent after you have applied. You will be notified as to which Application Support Center to go to and when.
    • Sub Offices generally are used for appointment purposes only, usually not to file applications, but check the specific application procedures.
