"Martindale.com is a strategic resource for in-house counsel who are in the process of selecting outside counsel, so we wanted to expand the range of information we publish in Martindale-Hubbell in order to enhance our firm's visibility," said Susan Stone, director of marketing for Manatt. "We're excited about this partnership with Martindale-Hubbell because we believe it will help ensure that our firm's capabilities and our attorneys' specific areas of legal experience are more effectively communicated to clients and prospects around the world."

Manatt attorneys will now be able to publish articles they have already written regarding current developments in the law, on the searchable Legal Articles database on www.martindale.com. As part of this agreement, articles published by the firm's lawyers automatically will be harvested and made accessible to corporate counsel and other buyers of legal services via Martindale-Hubbell's global legal network.

Manatt also will detail its industry practices on the searchable Group Profiles database at martindale.com. Martindale-Hubbell's Group Profiles product allows firms to showcase specific expertise by practice areas or industry groups. By investing in a Group Profile listing, the firm hopes to drive additional online traffic from martindale.com visitors seeking industry-specific legal counsel.

Finally, Manatt's new Diversity Profile will allow the firm to inform buyers of legal services about their commitment to building a diverse workforce.

"In-house counsel continue to rely upon Martindale-Hubbell as the objective resource in the marketplace for obtaining broad and deep information about lawyers and law firms when they are making decisions about selecting outside counsel," said Barry Solomon, Esq., vice president and general manager of large law firm client development services for LexisNexis. "Martindale-Hubbell continues to demonstrate its value by showcasing law firms and lawyers, and connecting them to buyers of legal services. We're delighted to extend our relationship with Manatt by deploying these innovative online client development products and services in order to enhance their visibility to clients and prospective clients."
