International Bar Association Among First To Enroll In New Martindale.com Affiliate Program
New Providence, NJ - Press Release - April 5, 2004 - The International Bar Association (IBA), a global organization consisting of more than 16,000 individual members and 190 bar associations around the world, has become the first major organization to enroll in the new Martindale.com Affiliate Program, an initiative that enables organizations around the world to add the Martindale.com Lawyer Locator and Legal Articles search engines to their own Web sites in just minutes.
The program is offered by LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell, the leading client development company for the legal profession.
"Our goal with this program is to accelerate the speed with which we are able to form new strategic alliances on the Web, and to therefore significantly increase usage of the Martindale.com attorney database and the syndication of legal articles authored by our customers," said Brad Mehl, senior director of business development for New Providence, N.J.-based LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell.
After filling out a simple online contract, third party affiliates can access the various Martindale-Hubbell search tools and place them on their sites right away. Details regarding the new program are available by clicking an icon on the home page at www.martindale.com.
According to Mehl, in addition to the IBA enrollment, LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell is aggressively signing Martindale.com affiliate agreements with Web partners all over the world. There are nearly 50 Web sites that have already signed up for the affiliate program worldwide.
