Local Procedure - USCIS District Office(s)
Atlanta District Office:
- I-765 (EAD): Interim EADs may be issued at this location if a filed I-765 has not been adjudicated within 90 days, or 30 days in the case of asylum
- I-131 (Advanced Parole): Send to: USCIS, National Benefits Center, PO Box 805887, Chicago, IL 60680-4120. The Atlanta District Office only adjudicates emergency travel authorization. No need for an INFOPASS appointment, just walk in with evidence. Emergency is defined as the death of a family member of "illness without prospect of recovery."
