    • I-485 (send to USCIS, I-485 Filing, PO Box 381679, Miami, FL 33238 or drop box at the Miami District Office. Also file any joint forms such as I-130, I-765, I-131, or I-764 at the same location)
    • I-600 and I-600A

    • N-300

    • I-765 and extensions (send to USCIS, P.O. Box 381498, Miami, FL 33238-1498)
    • I-131 (send to the same location as you file your I-485, unless it is for an emergency advanced parole. For all emergency advanced paroles visit the Miami District Office-preferably make an appointment through INFOPASS)

    Applications/petitions that must be MAILED to OTHER LOCATIONS:

    • Re-entry permit and Refugee Travel Documents, I-131 cannot be filed here, file with the Nebraska Service Center
    • N-400 must be mailed to the Texas Service Center

    The following applications are accepted ONLY in PERSON:

    • I-90
    • I-131 for emergency purposes
    • I-751 (You will receive ADIT (temporary evidence of residence) stamp if application and a letter of extension will be mailed to them w/in 7 working days)

    Additional Information - Notes

    • Change of address for naturalization (N 400) may be completed over the phone (1-800-375-5283), everyone else must use the form and send it to the office where their application is pending
    • Fingerprints notices are sent after you have applied. You will be notified as to which Application Support Center to go to and when
    • Sub Offices generally are used for appointment purposes only, usually not to file applications, but check the specific application procedures
