    Please make an appointment using INFOPASS via the USCIS web page. Walk-ins will be allowed only for emergencies, including weather, medical, death of a family member, and long distance travelers. Walk-ins may have to wait several hours.

    Denver District Office:

    • I-485 (FAMILY BASED ONLY) and all other applications filed in conjunction or separately (I-130, I-131, I-765) must be MAILED to the Chicago Lockbox at:
        US Citizenship and Immigration Services

    • I-765: If this application has been pending for more than 90 days, you can make an INFOPASS appointment
    • I-90: You may file for renewal by INFOPASS. You may also apply at the Denver Application Support Center on a walk-in basis if your card is due to expire in 1 year or you are turning 14. You must take your old card, or the Denver ASC will not be able to process the renewal. (Denver ASC: 15037 E. Colfax Avenue, Unit G, Aurora, CO 80011. Hours: T-Saturday from 8 AM - 4 PM).
    • I-131 (Advanced Parole): If your I-485 is pending at the Denver District Office, apply for Advanced Parole at the district office. You must send in the application at least 3 weeks in advance of the intended travel. Send to:

    Additional Information - Notes

    • Change of address for naturalization (N 400) may be completed over the phone (1-800-375-5283), everyone else must use the form and send it to the office where their application is pending.
    • Fingerprints notices are sent after you have applied. You will be notified as to which Application Support Center to go to and when.
    • Sub Offices generally are used for appointment purposes only, usually not to file applications, but check the specific application procedures.
