    Appointments:
    Please make an appointment using INFOPASS via the USCIS web page (http://www.infopass.uscis.gov). Walk-ins are accepted between the hours of 8 AM - 2 PM M-TH, and 8 AM - 11 AM on F. However, it is recommended that an appointment is made because walk-ins may have to wait several hours.

    Accepted forms of payment:
    Certified check, money order, or personal check (which must be accompanied with a government issued picture ID).

    **"While the following counties generally fall under the responsibility of the Memphis office, persons residing in these counties may find it more convenient to use the information service and the Application Support Center at Fort Smith. From time to time application for persons residing in these counties may be processed in the Fort Smith Office: Arkansas, Chicot, Cleburne, Cleveland, Conway, Dallas, Desha, Drew, Faulkner, Fulton, Grant, Independence Izard, Jackson, Jefferson, Lincoln, Lonoke, Perry, Pope, Prairie, Pulaski, Saline, Sharp, Stone, Van Buren, White, and Yell."

    • I-765: Must be filed with the office that the record is maintained. Processing times are between 30-90 days. Renewals must be processed 30 days before its expiration.
    • I-131: You must submit your application to:

    Additional Information - Notes

    • Change of address for naturalization (N 400) may be completed over the phone (1-800-375-5283), everyone else must use the form and send it to the office where their application is pending.
    • Fingerprints notices are sent after you have applied. You will be notified as to which Application Support Center to go to and when.
    • Sub Offices generally are used for appointment purposes only, usually not to file applications, but check the specific application procedures.
