LexisNexis® Martindale-Hubbell® and American Lawyer Media Launch Data Sharing Arrangement Between Martindale.com and LegalMarketInfo

New Providence, NJ - Press Release - February 23, 2004 - LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell, the leading client development company for the legal profession, today announced that it has signed an innovative online data sharing agreement with American Lawyer Media (ALM), the nation's leading source of news and information for the legal industry.

Under the new agreement, Martindale-Hubbell will add a number of new links within the law firm information listings that appear on martindale.com from which visitors can quickly access data from LegalMarketInfo, ALM's legal market intelligence service. The featured information includes proprietary ALM law firm rankings, including those from the most current Am Law 200, NLJ 250, Global 100, and Corporate Scorecard® results.

Conversely, LMI will incorporate lawyer and law firm listings data from Martindale-Hubbell into its law firm business reports, which are marketed through www.legalmarketinfo.com. In addition, LMI will create a new link on the legalmarketinfo.com Web site that takes visitors directly to the martindale.com Lawyer Locator.
