2004 Business Litigation Conference to Focus on Cutting-Edge Litigation Management Techniques for In-House Counsel

The conference is being co-sponsored by LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell and Corporate Legal Times.

The complimentary conference for in-house counsel will take place on September 26-28, 2004, at the JW Marriott - Grande Lakes Resort in Orlando, Fla. The event will focus on the latest litigation strategies and new corporate litigation management techniques, such as improving litigation budgeting and reporting, winning the trial of public opinion, maximizing the protection of privileged communications, conducting discovery in the technology age, solving ethical nightmares and reducing litigation costs with effective alternative dispute resolution procedures.
